Lakeside

Twas the night before christmas.  The lonely man was celebrating christmas by himself.  He lived by a lake. Quite a big one. He has been swimming once before and he glimpsed an immense fish that looked like a monster. He vowed  never to go swimming again. Until now. He wanted to break the vow and overtake his fears of creatures. He was going to be brave. He changed into his wetsuit and grabbed a harpoon gun.  He faltered onto the balcony and leaped into the water before you know it he had spotted the creature. It swam towards him and he fired the gun. The creature swam down. He jumped out of the water and climbed his way to his balcony.  But.. The creature jumped out of the water and dragged him under ...To be continued.

Blood is everywhere.  The clear blue sparkly water turns into red murky blood.  The scent of blood attracts more and more creatures.  The man screams in pain and screams for help.  But no one can hear him under the water.  A Mosasaurus comes out of nowhere and eats everything.

Avalanche short animation

This term I have been learning about Narrative writing and how to do an animation on google slides.  My Narrative is about a group of friends and a dog that are caught in an avalanche while driving up the mountain.  I have not yet finished but please enjoy my short animation. 

The Rocket Challenge

At the start of term two my class and a couple others are doing something called the wonder Rocket project.  We made rockets out of L&P bottles and modified them with fins, Nose cones ( with hot glue )  and with tape.  The tape was mostly for decorating.  My rocket launch was the rocket that went first and is on the right side.  I am going to modify mine with smaller fins than i did because they were too big.  And I put too much tape on my rocket so it was too heavy.  So this time I am going to put less on.  It is going to be the new and approved version of my old rocket.  A couple things I learnt about the wonder project are - How to make a rocket,  What Pressure the Rocket had to have in it.  It had 60 PSI and It had 300 Mills of water.

Tunnel

Lily was walking in the forest around 6:00 pm.  It was getting late and dark very quickly.

6 hours went by and Lily could not see anything.  Until she came across a big round tunnel. She glared inside and saw nothing but pitch black. She says a “Hello?”  and it echoes down the tunnel. She walks in and there is a tiny point of moon light that shows a body of some sort.  She gets a little closer and It jumps up and gets pulled back. She carries on down the tunnel and finds dead bodies along the way.  She come to a room with 4 tunnels. She chooses one and walks down it. She soon finds that there is a monster waiting for her and it saw her.  She tried to run but she couldn’t run fast enough. The monster caught up and starting feasting on her body while she was still alive.

Bully

You're so bad says Jacob to Jack. Jack is great at sports.  So great that is better than Jacob.
That is why Jacob puts Jack down all the time.  Everyday and P.E. class Jacob Bullies Jack.
Sometimes it's because Jack makes mistakes,  
But other times it is because Jack is so much better than Jacob.
Some of the comments that Jacob says to Jack are-

“You're bad”, “ Sit down! “,  “You can't play”. One day in P.E. class they were playing basketball.  

Jack had the ball and Jacob was defending them.
And all of a sudden Jack  bounces the ball off Jacob's head and shoots it.
Jacob are standing beside him with his first flying right at him.

Captured.

It all started with a lovely morning.  The birds were singing and the bells were ringing.  
But the bells were not happy bells of joy, they were bells of destruction.
Two men scrambled into Patricia's cabin and captured her and her baby boy billy.
It was a quick fight and kidnap for Patricia.  But not for the town.  
The towns fight lasted for hours on end.  But Patricia was already in a canoe.

25 miles out in the Indian ocean.  Suddenly water started gushing into the canoe.
 Within seconds the canoe had sank. And Patricia was left floating in the water all tied up
looking at her baby.  She breaks her arms free.  But her legs are not yet.  She clutches onto
Billy and lifts him onto a piece of boat floating on the top of the water.  She lifts herself onto
the boat piece and feeds her newborn one more time. When she gets back into the water,
the wood piece comes more back up to the surface of the water.

The two are left waiting in the ocean.  Drifting away in the current.  
With no one but themselves.  Hoping for help.
